Using Citations

There are several ways to locate and use citations from the ETD.  Your options are located under two categories on the source's information page:

  • Recommended Citations: These options provide a downloadable file that contains the source's citation information.  They are meant to be exported to a citation management program.  Current programs that are supported are Refworks, EndNote, RIS, and Mendeley.
  • Citations: These are premade citations in different formats, including MLA and APA.  They can be copied and pasted directly into your document or assignment.  It is recommended to double-check the citation for any errors.
