About CITL

The Center for Innovative Teaching and Learning (CITL) strives to connect the TU community through collaboration, consultations, workshops, and professional development activities.  The CITL team provides instructors with faculty development activities, webinars, and workshops while supporting and enhancing teaching and learning through the use of best practices, innovative delivery methods, digital resources, instructional technologies, and other strategies.

CITL values the variety of teaching approaches and styles.  We support faculty who like to plunge in and explore new technologies and strategies for creating improved learning environments.  The CITL team offers resources to develop interactive learning environments, scholarship, research, and collaboration.  The ultimate goal of the office is to work with faculty to promote best practices in teaching learning in all aspects of curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
