OhioLINK Removes Resources from Digital Resource Commons

OhioLINK Removes Resources from Digital Resource Commons by Early 2021

OhioLINK's Digital Resource Commons, once home to films, documentaries, and numerous local digital collections, will lose a few key resources at the end of 2020. Though some links to their collections will remain active through April 2021, the library will begin removing references to the following databases before the end of the 2020 calendar year. These resources include:

  • TU Access Only
Contains full-length educational videos covering a wide variety of subjects that are sourced from the Digital Resource Commons (OhioLINK).
  • TU Access Only
Brief video clips of native speakers in non-English languages from the Digital Resource Center (OhioLINK).
  • TU Access Only
Contains 600 videos of physics experiments that are sourced from the Digital Resource Commons (OhioLINK).
  • TU Access Only
Digital images of works of Western Art from the Digital Resource Commons (OhioLINK).
  • TU Access Only
Large-scale street plans of Ohio communities, produced by the Sanborn Fire Insurance company from 1867-1970 from the Digital Resource Commons (OhioLINK).
