NEW: Saving Research to Google Drive

New feature alert! You can now save found items in Google Drive from the database.

When looking at a detailed record of an item in DragonQuest or other EBSCO resources, there is a new tool on the right-hand side: Google Drive.

Navigation: Right-hand side>Tools>Google Drive

To use this tool, you may need to enable pop-ups on your browser. Once clicked, a pop-up will appear asking you to sign-in to your Google account. As a reminder, your @tiffin.edu email is a Google account!

If successful, a new folder will appear in your Google Drive named EBSCO. If the item you selected has full-text, the PDF will be saved. If it is a record only, a print item, or a linked-out item, a code will be in your EBSCO folder. If you open that code in Google Docs, rather than just viewing it in Google Drive, you will have all the bibliographic information about that item to find it again.

From there, you could share your EBSCO folder with collaborators to share research, etc. with all the features of Google Drive to better work on group projects.

Pretty neat!
