Basic Searching in NewsBank

To conduct a basic search in NewsBank:

  1. Enter a keyword or topic into the search bar on the home page.
  2. Use the filters on the left side of the page to limit your search results.  Filters include relevance, source type, date, source name, source location, and language.
  3. Find a source you would like to view and hover over the title.  Click on the "view document" icon.
  4. Adjust your viewing preferences.

From the source page, you have the option to get citation information, email the source, print or download the document, save it to My Folder, or get the source link.
