Tiffin University has a storied and proud history of strong relationships with military members and family. The university continues to be a highly ranked military-friendly college and works hard to continue this legacy. In the 1940s, Tiffin Business University extended college courses to those working at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Greene County, Ohio. The image above shows a dance held by Tiffin University at the base in an airplane hangar. This was a cross-over event for students from Tiffin University and those working at the Air Force base to participate. This image presents the special way the university has been able to extend and include the military community in its own community.
