What's New at Pfeiffer Library?

Library Services Moving ONLINE 3/18

Students, faculty, and staff -- Library services are now online!

The online library will remain open for you as you continue to proceed through your courses this semester. Though our physical location is now closed, you can still interact with a librarian in the following ways:

Email us: library@tiffin.edu

Text us: 419-455-6008

You can schedule a Virtual one-on-one with a librarian with extended hours through the week and on weekends.

Emails and texts are also monitored 7 days a week.

View our calendar of events for live instructional sessions on a variety of topics, including DragonQuest searching and APA resources. If students cannot attend a live session, registration guarantees they will receive a recording after the session runs. “Open office” hours are available online throughout each week via Blackboard Collaborate for anyone who wants to come in and chat. Those hours are also noted on our events calendar with the access link to the room, but they do not require registration.

During this outage, the lending of in-print resources has been suspended. If you currently have items checked out through the campus library, due dates will be extended through the closure period to ensure there is no accrual of fines.

The electronic collection remains available for our university community, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This includes InterLibrary Loan requests for journal articles we do not have in our online collection, but which may be provided to us electronically through partnerships with other libraries.

Be sure to follow us on social media (Twitter: @PfeifferLibrary) and our blog. We will be sharing valuable information about our resources, services, and other interesting tidbits throughout the semester.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any assistance - we are happy to help you!
